Emergency Maintenance

In the event of an emergency, please leave the property immediately and call 911.
All non-medical emergencies should immediately be reported by using your tenant portal at
www.bandipropertygroup.com or by calling our 24/7 Maintenance Call Center at 609-385-0314.

Non-Emergency Maintenance

For all non-emergencies, please use your tenant portal at www.bandipropertygroup.com and
provide a summary of your problem and a photo if applicable. You can also submit a work order
and speak with a live agent 24/7 by calling our Maintenance Call Center at 609-385-0314. We
will do our best to contact you for all non-emergency calls within 24-48 hours.

Example of Non-Emergency Maintenance
• Slow drains and slowly leaking faucets
• Annoying sounds
• Heat failure (unless it is below freezing outside) and AC failure
• Appliance Malfunction

PLEASE NOTE

Maintenance requests will not be accepted through text message or email.
We will not respond to requests unless made through the tenant portal or call center system.
Tenants must be present at all Maintenance Requests.
The Landlord will ONLY access your unit with the Master Key in an EMERGENCY.
